Hydrate yo'self 💧
Remember: if you are thirsty, you're already dehydrated.
As well as keeping you hydrated, drinking water throughout the day can stop you from snacking when you think you're hungry but actually you just need a little aqua in your body.

Planning ahead 📆
Setting some time aside to plan your week can really make a difference. Something as little as 30 minutes a week can make a huge change to your routine.
Remember not to let chaos take over. Prioritize your mental health.

Gentle exercise 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Going from 0 to 100 is only going to burn you out and make you feel worse than when you started.
Try slowly introducing yourself into different kinds of exercise. Start off slow and steady and stay consistent. You've got this Hueligans.
