It's not just the American Rescue Plan on the line. This is a time of testing: We face an attack on democracy and on truth; the sting of systemic racism; growing inequity; and so, so much more.

The DNC is working in lockstep with Vice President Harris and me to meet these challenges head-on. They have my full faith and partnership in our mission to Build Back Better and elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2021, 2022, and beyond -- but that work takes immense resources.
