Meet Our Friend, Faith Briggs
Faith started the podcast with her co-host, Addie, after they kept having in-depth conversations about representation, history, culture, and the outdoors while running on trails and driving to campsites.
The lessons I see in nature are so applicable to everyday life. It's my hope that by using nature as context, people might be more open to tough conversations because we're meeting them in an open space.
For Black women like Faith, these conversations can help put challenging experiences into words. For others, these talks help provide a new lens to examine their experiences.
