On Wednesday, an extreme law that bans abortion as early as six weeks went into effect in Texas, effectively ending the protections of Roe v. Wade in the state and setting the stage for thousands of people to be denied access to the health care they need.

This is the GOP's latest attempt to enact their far-right agenda -- and we can't let them get away with it. We're fighting tooth and nail to protect abortion access, ensure Roe v. Wade remains the law of the land, and elect Democrats nationwide who will do the same. But we can't do it alone.
