As I write this, the DNC is hours away from its monthly deadline, and Election Day in both Virginia and New Jersey is just days away. I won't sugarcoat it, folks: The stakes are high.

The elections in Virginia and New Jersey feature Democratic candidates who are committed to building a brighter future that hard working folks in this country deserve. So, I'm coming to you today with a request before tonight's fundraising deadline:

If you can, will you chip in $7 to the DNC to help fund the final, critical get-out-the-vote efforts we'll need to keep these seats in Virginia and New Jersey blue and prepare for future races heading into 2022? I wouldn't ask if it weren't important.

With the help of Democratic leaders across the country, we've made important progress this year. But we can't afford to take our foot off the gas -- there's too much at stake and too much work we still need to get done.

Because of folks like you, the DNC is making critical investments in our party's infrastructure to set Democrats up for success in New Jersey, Virginia, the 2022 midterms, and future elections down the line.

Our party needs you on board, and so do I. Chip in $7 to the DNC before midnight tonight to support last-minute efforts in Virginia and New Jersey and early investments in our party's future.
