My colleagues in the Senate and I have a lot of responsibilities these days. With the slimmest of majorities, we’re fighting for direct relief for those impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. I’m confident that we’ll get this done and bring relief to the millions of Americans who desperately need it.

To really get our country back on track in the years ahead, we must protect and expand our Democratic congressional majorities.

But Republicans like Mitch McConnell are trying to make sure that won’t happen. Mitch McConnell is already working to build an infrastructure to defeat Democrats and block President Biden’s agenda. That’s why we must support the DNC -- starting now. They won’t be able to elect Democrats without your help, so I am reaching out to supporters like you ahead of their critical deadline on Sunday:

Team, if we’ve learned anything from 2020, it’s that close elections can be the difference between a government that serves the American people and one that serves itself. The same is true of the elections coming up in 2021, 2022, and beyond.

We’ve seen the lengths Republicans will go for electoral power. So we can’t let up on investing in our state parties, digital and on-the-ground organizers, or our voter protection efforts if we stand a chance of flipping critical seats from red to blue. That’s why I have to ask before the DNC’s deadline this Sunday:
