85% of American households will receive a direct economic impact payment -- and unemployment benefits will be extended through the end of the summer.

Health care premiums will drop for middle-class families, and unemployed folks enrolled in COBRA will have their premiums covered.

Child care providers will get help to cover their costs, and families will get increased tax credits to pay for care, helping more parents get back to work -- this represents the most significant investment in American child care since WWII.

SNAP benefits will continue at an increased rate through September, and nutrition assistance programs for mothers and young children will be expanded and modernized.

Small business loans will be expanded to help small business owners reopen their doors.

The White House launched the "Help is Here" national tour to communicate directly with folks about how the American Rescue Plan is going to help them, their families, and their communities.
