I really didn't expect to send you an email this afternoon, but I just checked ActBlue, and we're still not on track to hit our monthly fundraising goal by end-of-day today.

At the risk of sounding like an alarmist: Missing our monthly fundraising goals at this point in the cycle can put all of the progress we've worked so hard for -- not to mention the Democratic campaign ecosystem -- at risk.

The DNC is the sole party organization tasked with electing Democrats from the school board to the White House.
