Soylent Espresso Martini Mocktail

If you are participating in Dry January - we are cheering you on! Taking time to give your liver a break and reset mentally and physically at the beginning of the year is an accomplishment! So congratulations!  

Also, if you started it and haven't been perfect, we get it. Back to work, back to school, and back to the grind can get to you, and that post work glass of wine feels like the thing you look forward to every day.

We wanted to give you another mocktail option to help you get through the next couple of weeks of Dry January and give a fun alternative to your evening glass of wine. This recipe is not only delicious and alcohol free, but can double as a nutritious snack and pick me up too!

RECIPE:

  • Chill your favorite cocktail glass - but make it a fancy one so it feels like a cocktail!
  • Add 1 cup of ice to your shaker
  • Add 2 oz of your favorite chilled espresso - or yesterday's strong coffee
  • Add 4 oz of Vanilla Soylent - you can use Chocolate if you prefer a mocha
  • Add a pinch of salt
  • Shake Vigorously for 30 seconds 
  • Pour into your chilled cocktail glass and garnish with espresso beans
  • ENJOY!
