It’s Maju, the Executive Director for the upcoming Biden-Harris inauguration.

I’m excited to directly speak to you in advance of this week’s inaugural events, and I’m even more excited for you to finally witness all the hard work our Presidential Inaugural Committee has done to celebrate the beginning of our new national journey. But, we’ve still got some work to do before Wednesday.

Time is running short, and if we’re going to pull off the most ambitious and innovative inauguration yet, we have to meet our fundraising goal. Will you donate $25 and help us make history?

We have worked tirelessly to safely blend the inaugural traditions Americans have always known with new and fresh concepts that are sure to keep you busy right where you are.

Today, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President-elect Biden, Vice President-elect Harris, and millions of our friends and neighbors nationwide are teaming up for Together We Serve, a national day of action designed to inspire our communities.

Tomorrow, there will be a Memorial to Lives Lost, remembering our loved ones, friends, and neighbors lost to COVID-19 while paying tribute to the strength, courage, and patriotism of the healthcare and frontline workers who have risked their own health to serve those in need.

We even have special Inauguration Day programming planned for children, our attempt to engage and educate young people on the reason for this occasion and why a peaceful transfer of power is so important to our country’s democracy.

As you can see, despite the challenging circumstances, we are continuing to plan events that bring the nation together. But now, as we begin the three days of events, we need your help more than ever before. Pitch in anything you can and own a piece of this historic inauguration >>
