1. This Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU.

2. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Decathlon UK, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.

3. The Prize Draw will start on Friday 3rd April 2026 and will close on Monday 6th April at 23:59 pm. 

4. How to enter: Entrants must:
4.1. Complete a Buy back transaction during the prize draw dates.
4.2. Be signed into their Decathlon Membership account when processing the transaction.

5. Five winners will be chosen by a random draw, performed by a computer process. Winners will receive a Decathlon voucher worth £1,000 directly to their digital Decathlon account. The voucher will be credited to the winner’s Decathlon Membership account within five days of the promotion end date. The voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of issue and can be used in-store and/or online at Decathlon UK. Standard Gift Card terms apply.

6. Decathlon UK bears no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason or other reason beyond Decathlon UK’s reasonable control.

7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes (unless otherwise directed by Decathlon UK).

8. Decathlon UK’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winners will be notified by email to the email address attached to the winners Decathon Membership account.

10. This competition is exclusively open to Decathlon UK members. Your membership details will be used solely to verify eligibility and facilitate the random winner selection process. All personal data collected for this competition will be securely deleted after the competition ends. To enter, participants supply the email address associated with the Decathlon Membership account during the application process. 

11. If the winner contacted does not respond to Decathlon UK within 48 hours with an acknowledgement receipt of the email message, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Decathlon UK shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Decathlon UK shall be entitled to select another winner.

12. Prizes shall be delivered to winners by no more than 2 working days from the date of Decathlon UK’s receipt of the winner’s response to Decathlon UK’s notification of the win. Decathlon UK accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost in your email inbox.  

13. Decathlon UK must either publish or make available information on previous requests that indicate that a valid award took place. The surname and county of the winner will be provided a month after the closing date on receipt of a request accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope sent to Decathlon UK address. In such circumstances, Decathlon UK must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Decathlon UK's Privacy Policy (https://www.decathlon.co.uk/c/legal/privacy-policy_07feced4-06d0-4628-a35b-177d6f560863). See also the above condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.

15. Decathlon UK accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Decathlon UK further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Decathlon UK for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Decathlon UK reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

17. Decathlon UK reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Decathlon UK in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. Decathlon UK shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

19. The Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
